Academic Learning Lab-"ALL"

    The Academic Learning Lab is available to qualifying 6th, 7th and 8th graders. "All" is a structured, supervised program for students  Students are closely monitored for homework completion, organization of assignments, and class grades. Students are served during their study hall in a classroom with a teacher and an aide.
    
    In addition to English  8, we are offering a reading class for 8th grade. Students selected will explore different units of study and at the same time improve their reading skills.

    We also have two programs to help students with late work.  One the 8th grade Now or Noon Program, which is for students who did not get homework completed for that day.  Teachers add their names to the "noon list" and the students have a chance to get the work completed during their lunch hour.  Jumpstart which is a program for 6th graders that will help students catch up on any work that was not completed the night before.  Students will report to our room during Climb-It time.
