Project Requirements
1. Research given God/Goddess (history, powers, how created, etc.)
2. Research and create an icon for your deity.
3. Research a creature from Greek mythology,
and from your research create a new "mythical creature"
Illustrate by hand or on computer.
4. Create the throne used by your deity from a given description.
5. Create a family tree of the gods.
6. Print out a map of Ancient Greece and
present-day Greece; cite similarities/differences.
Use a list, highlight changes in boundaries, change in
citied, topographical differences, etc.
7. Create a word search or crossword
puzzle of Greek terms/ or the gods/goddesses/ Creatures,
ect.
8. Define Titans and Olympians: who were they? Where did they live?
9. Create and "ad" with your
god/goddess endorsing a product today. think about their special
powers, and a product that would be
unique to that deity.
As the project nears completion, you will be given
another handout explaining the layout/format that you will follow.
Project is an In class project and is due on December 21st. , sorry but no
extensions
will be allowed.
