President Taylor opened the meeting.  She noted that the meeting had been properly noticed and notice had been provided to the appropriate media and each School Board Member.  Crowley moved to proceed with the legal meeting.  Cates seconded.  Motion carried.

November Regular Board Meeting Date
The November 13, 2008, Regular Board Meeting will be held in the high school library due to parent/teacher conferences at the middle school on this evening.

Consideration & Action on the Resolution Providing for the Tax Levy and Budget Change for the Year 2008
Hayek noted that the mill rate will be $8.74.  Pronold moved to adopt the Resolution Providing for the Tax Levy of $7,814,687 and Budget Change for the Year 2008.  Crowley seconded.  Role call vote was 7-0 in the affirmative with 2 absent.  Motion carried.

Peach moved to adjourn at 6:41 p.m.  Crowley seconded.  Motion carried.
