2007-2008 Yearbook Contract
Expectations:
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings, which run from 3:15-4:00 pm. If you
can not attend a regularly scheduled meeting, please notify one of the advisors beforehand,
preferably two days in advance.
- Meet page deadlines.
- Use study halls to complete pages if you are close to a page deadline.
- If your page requires you to take pictures outside of the school day, you must arrange
it with your guardian. Mrs. Ross and Mrs.
Smigielski will not be at the various extracurricular events; therefore, you have to have
guardian
permission to be at the events as well as arranged transportation home.
- Be on your best behavior at scheduled meetings as
well as at any events that you would attend on behalf of the yearbook.
- Maintain a good grade point average (C or better).
Responsibilities:
- Take pictures.
- Create pages.
- Proofread and correct pages.
- Help design promotional documents for the yearbook.
- Have fun!

I will arrange to have transportation
home ready for my son or daughter by 4:00 p.m. on regularly scheduled meeting dates.
The following are meeting dates:
- Wednesday, September 12 and 26
- Wednesday, October 3 and 10
- Wednesday, November 14 and Tuesday, November 20
- Wednesday, December 5 and 12
- Wednesday, January 9 and 23
- Wednesday, February 13 and 27
- Wednesday, March 12 and 26
- Wednesday, April 2, 9, 23, and 30
- Wednesday, May 7
My son/daughter has my permission to attend extracurricular events to take pictures. I
know that the advisors will not supervise my child at these extracurricular events. I
will arrange for transportation with my child on these dates as well as regularly
scheduled yearbook meeting dates.
