In today's world, colleges use ACT scores to determine how successful students will be at the collegiate level and their acceptance into college. Our goal as a math department is to help students review their math knowledge so as to allow them to have the highest possible ACT math score. All the concepts that are on the ACT test is covered in our curriculum if the students have completed Algebra 2. We offer ACT review nights where we review all the concepts. As a math department we have compiled past ACT questions and categorized them to help students see similar questions.
This year the ACT test is given on the following dates:
September 15, 2007
October 27, 2007
December 8, 2007
February 9, 2008
April 12, 2008
June 14, 2008
We will be having review nights throughout the year. Your child should communicate with their teacher if they are interested in attending one of these night sessions. These dates will be posted in the announcements.
