The Board recognizes the value of the goal setting process for school improvement. Therefore, goals and objectives shall be established annually by the Board and administration to provide direction for school district action.
Upon completion of the goal setting process, an action plan and timetable shall be developed to facilitate successful completion of the goals and objectives. Goals and objectives will be monitored and adjusted, if necessary, throughout the school year.
A school performance report shall be adopted and distributed by the Board as required by law.
