The district shall make reasonable efforts to disseminate new and revised policies adopted by the Board so as to be reasonably available to employees of the district, students and the public via the district website at www.rvschools.org.
One official hard copy policy manual shall be maintained in the district office.
As policies are changed, the district administrator's office shall be responsible for updating the district website and notifying the following parties of the changes:

Administrators
School District Staff
RVEA and RVEST presidents
School District Legal Counsel
WASB Office
Spring Green Police Department
