Regular Board meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at the time and place established at the Board’s organizational meeting, which is held annually within thirty days of the fourth Monday in April.
Board meetings may be held at another time and place upon majority vote of the Board at a previous Board meeting. Meetings may also be adjourned to a specific date, by majority vote of the Board, for the consideration of unfinished business.
All regular meetings of the Board, with the exception of executive sessions, shall be open to the public. Notice of such meetings shall be given to the public in accordance with state statutes and established procedures.
