A special Board meeting may be held upon the written request of any Board member. Members shall be notified at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Such notice shall be in writing and shall be delivered to each Board member personally or by leaving written notice at the member's usual abode, setting forth the time and place of said meeting.
A special Board meeting may be held without prior notice other than such notice as is required under the open meeting law if all Board members are present and consent, or if every Board member consents in writing even though he/she does not attend. Normally, the Board establishes the time and place for special meetings during its regular monthly meeting.
Public notice of a special Board meeting shall be given in accordance with established procedures. No business shall be transacted at a special Board meeting other than that specified in the notification thereof.
