The Board has authority and responsibility to determine the instructional program for all grades, K-12. The instructional program of the River Valley School District shall meet at least the minimum standards as prescribed by state laws and regulations.
The district administrator shall be responsible for implementing the courses of instruction required by Board policies and shall keep the Board informed of the district's compliance with state law.
