High school equivalency diplomas and general education development certificates (GEDs or HSEDs) shall be issued by the State Superintendent of Public Instruction in accordance with state laws and regulations.
A River Valley High School diploma shall only be issued to those students who have satisfactorily completed established graduation requirements.
