Students not residing in the River Valley School District may be accepted as tuition students, provided their acceptance does not create an overcrowded condition and provided that applications of students under the open enrollment program have not been rejected due to space limitations in the program for which the tuition student is applying. The administrators shall make the decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of the tuition student(s).
The Board shall make a written agreement with the nonresident student's parent(s) or guardian for the payment of tuition. The amount of tuition shall be based upon the previous year's cost per student and shall be prepaid by the semester.
Nonresident students meeting the criteria of Wis. Stat. Sec. 121.84(1)(a) or (b) will be admitted without being required to pay tuition.
