Students receiving mental health or AODA treatment services (both outpatient and inpatient), may do so without discrimination nor punishment by the school district.
Students will be responsible for all classroom homework, tests and projects per agreement with instructor, principal or guidance.
Instructors will cooperate with treatment agency staff to provide assignments and materials to students enrolled in treatment services.
Students returning from treatment will be referred to the Student Assistance Program for educational support services.
The school district is not responsible for treatment effectiveness, cost of services, choice of modality, or insurance benefits.
