Free passes to school athletic events shall only be given to the following:
a. Medical doctors in the River Valley School District;
b. Fire department personnel for ambulance service (a maximum of three passes per event.)
c. All employees under contract and Board members;
d. Athletes participating in a sport during that specific athletic program;
e. Band members participating at games;
f. Citizens 65 years of age or older participating in the Golden Age Pass Program.
g. Participants in "Special Occasion Programs" approved by the district administrator.
When issuing free passes to athletic events, consideration shall be given to the rules and regulations of the Southwestern Wisconsin Athletic League.
