The River Valley School District shall participate in programs and services offered by Cooperative Educational Service Agency 3 (CESA #3) whenever it finds such offerings desirable and cost-efficient. Programs and services that may be considered would logically include those which serve a small percentage of the district's students, those which would be prohibitively expensive if implemented locally, and those which may be required by law or may be needed by instructional or administrative personnel.
Programs or services offered through CESA #3 shall be considered individually by the Board, with input from the administrative staff.
