PEP Meeting

Fall Bazaar – Mary Kay, Tastefully Simple, etc… Charge $25 - $50 for having a booth in the bazaar…anyone who wants to have a booth for crafts, etc. is welcome…November 3rd is the date we are looking at. Run an ad in the paper and have people call Jackie Jewell or Michelle Johanning. Also use church bulletins to recruit vendors.
Cookbook sale next year…will start collecting recipes sometime this year.
Boxtops, milkcaps, ink cartridges…ink cartridges need sorting. Please put a note in the October parent newsletter to remind people that we will collect them here. Boxtops timeline … Michelle Johanning will get that date from Constance and will let us know so we can run a contest.
PEP would like to increase the $ for each teacher to $150 for this year only. Extra money left from last year is available. May not be the case every year… this year is great.
Let them know what we need to purchase for Fall Fest.
They will pick up the cost of the Figureheads performance at SGE later this school year. Cost will be split between schools and PEP will also pay for bussing.
