When food service accounts reach a +$7.00(seven dollars),
parents/guardians will receive telephone calls and emails on Mondays and
Tuesdays, which
indicate their food service accounts are nearing depletion. Telephone calls or emails on Wednesdays and Thursdays will notify parents/guardians of $0(zero) food service account balances. A zero balance indicate money is due immediately. |

Accounts with a $0(zero) food service balance will receive a WARNING NOTICE sent by mail on Fridays stating the denial of access to the food service program, unless payment is made within 5 days from the mailing date.. |
If an account is not rectified after Procedure #2, then Procedure #3 will occur.
| #3 | -$ negative account balance | A DENIAL NOTICE will be sent by mail to parents/guardians if an account is not rectified after procedure #2. See Board policies for further action. |
