In a protest against the Iraq War, Gregory Johnson burned a U.S. flag. He was found guilty and sentenced to prison. The Wisconsin Supreme Court reversed the decision and now its up to the U.S. Supreme Court to decide. Is burning a flag protected symbolic speech or not?
