Design   Design

    Design I and II are each one semester courses that are sometimes offered as a BLOCK. (Two consecutive class periods for one semester).  Activities focus on the creative process and looking at 2, 3 and 4-dimensional images as a form of communication. Computer graphics, electronic imaging including digital editing are included in this class. Packaging, promotion and product design are concepts explored in this class. Students participate in creative thinking activities and build upon  visual literacy as well as construction techniques. Other activities might include bookbinding and  printmaking
