TWO HOUR DELAY SCHOOL START TIME
ON THE FIRST WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH.

The delayed start program will be the first Wednesday of each month of the school year,
September through May, except November and January. 
Students will arrive at school two hours later than usual 
for the purpose of staff training and inservice activities before students arrive.
Therefore, bus pick-up will also be delayed by two hours.

*PLEASE NOTE -  NO BREAKFAST IS SERVED ON ANY DELAYED START DAYS

COOL WEATHER       

It is school policy to go outdoors for recess each day the temperature is above 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Please have your children dress appropriately for these days.

LATE ARRIVALS

Students arriving at school after the 8:00 a.m. bell must check in at the office before going to their classrooms. Late students are marked absent until they check into the office.

Students leaving school before 3:20 p.m. should be picked up in the office. The intercom system will be used to call your child out of class. This helps to keep classroom disruption to a minimum.

PLAYGROUND SUPERVISION

Parents need to be aware that our Lone Rock playground has NO supervision for students until buses arrive. Buses do not arrive here at school until 7:40, so students who walk or are dropped off do not need to be here until 7:40. Please know that if you choose to send your child before 7:40, there is no supervision on the playground.
