You might want to try CalorieKing.com - Food Database (www.calorieking.com/foods/). I used it with a group of health classes last month and it worked out well.

If you're looking for fast foods try
Fast Food Facts - Interactive Food Finder (http://www.olen.com/food/)
Fast Food Facts (http://www.kenkuhl.com/fastfood/).

Last year I used the US Department of Agriculture web site. It took a lot to weed through it, but they had a place where you could put in what you ate in a day and it would make your personal food pyramid comparing it to the standard food pyramid. A real eye opener. Don't know if it is still there and don't have the address at home and when I did a search of the site I got so many hits I ran out of time. It might be worth you hunt if it sounds like something that will help you.
