CARCASS CONTEST
The Carcass Contest will be held on Friday, October 7th, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. at Straka Meats, Inc., Plain, WI.
Animals sold and processed at Straka's will be eligible to enter. Any beef animal that is sold and buyer chooses Straka’s, an appointment will need to be set up with Straka’s (546-3301) to process the animal.
Evaluation of all carcasses will be made and all animals will be visible. This is the place to check the quality of a finished animal and all exhibitors and parents are encouraged to attend.
