Entry Blanks: Friday, September 14 Due to respective school offices

Art & Photography: Wednesday, September 19
Elementary Schools: Hand into Homeroom Teachers
Middle School: Turn in at Office or Mrs. Graffunder
High School: Hand into Mrs. Graffunder
Gym Exhibits: Thursday, September 27
The middle school gym will be open between noon and 6:00 p.m. for exhibitors to bring in their projects. You must bring your own materials to attach the entry tags to the projects.
The gymnasium closes at 6:30 p.m. for judging. No entry contestants are allowed in during closed judging.
Livestock Exhibits: Friday, September 28
Livestock weigh-in 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Animals must be checked in by area superintendents and in place by 9 a.m.
Judging Starts at 9 a.m.
All exhibitors are responsible to be on sight and prepared for the show. The exhibitors must accompany their animals at all times.
