Important Notice: Upcoming Transition to Bound Facilities Management

We are excited to announce that our district is upgrading its facilities scheduling and management system. To provide a more streamlined, user-friendly experience, we are transitioning from rSchool Facility Manager to the new Bound Facilities Management platform.

Please review the important details and key dates below regarding this transition.

Key Dates & Timeline

  • [Starting June 1, 2026 until approx. July 5, 2026] – System Blackout: A temporary blackout period will occur while we finalize the system setup.

  • [Aproximately July 5, 2026] – Bound Facilities Live: The new Bound platform will be fully operational for all future facility requests.

What This Means for You

  • Existing Reservations: All currently approved reservations scheduled in rSchool are being migrated to the new Bound system. You do not need to re-submit existing requests.

  • New Requests: Any requests for events taking place after [June 1, 2026] must be submitted through the new Bound portal once it goes live.

  • Account Creation: Community members and staff will need to create a new user account on the Bound platform to request facilities moving forward.

Action Required

To ensure a smooth transition, please take the following steps:

  1. Review current permits: Double-check your approved rSchool reservations to ensure your upcoming events are accurately reflected.

  2. Look out for the link: We will update this page with the official link to the new Bound Facilities Management portal around July 5, 2026, along with a quick guide on how to create your new account and submit requests.
