Mr. Cavagnetto has been teaching in the River Valley School District since 1997 and currently directs the 6th, 7th and 8th Grade Bands, teaches individual band lessons, directs the RVMS Jazz Band, and teaches 6th Grade General Music.  Prior to coming to the River Valley area Mr. Cavagnetto taught music at the elementary/middle/high school levels for five years in Plainview, MN and Blooming Prairie, MN.  He has a bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a masters degree from Viterbo University.  Mr. Cavagnetto currently serves on the board of River Valley Players, Inc and directs the Solstice Jazz Band.
